The SeaStar CCX179 is an Xtreme engine control cable, also known as a steering cable by many boat owners. This cable is specifically designed for Mercury outboard motors with a clip-on coupling, without threads. Thanks to its innovative sliding core, this cable runs extremely smoothly, even during tight turns or longer journeys. Ideal for precise throttle and shift functions and for replacing existing cables in Mercury steering and control systems.
